2025-2026 AAMC Meetings with Featured Demonstration Artists

At each monthly meeting, we sponsor an art demonstration presented by a local artist.  Lectures and demos offer a learning experience where we all learn something new.​​
 

October 20, 2025    Kate Wood runs the Alchemy Fine Art Restorers (conservation, restoration, gold leaf gilding) and teaches oil and acrylics at the Artists' Nook.   https://fineartrestorers.com/

November 17, 2025    Ayesha  DeLorenzo is a member and Treasurer of the Wellington Art Society.  She is a gifted painter of large ocean and sky works.  https://ayeshadelorenzo.com/

January 19, 2026    Karen Massengill is a well known local teacher and painter with a studio in one of the cottages in Jensen Beach.  She also teaches at the Artists' Nook.  https://karenleffelmassengill.com/

February 16, 2026    Barbara Efchak is a talented painter of still lifes, florals and portraits.  She was also a potter for many years.  https://www.bcefinearts.com/about

2025-2026 Artist of the Month Themes

At each meeting we have a competition open to all AAMC members.. Bring one piece of your artwork, and be sure it follows the month's theme.  Please bring a table top or floor easel to display your art.  Entries will be set up by 1:00 pm to be voted on by members and guests selecting their favorite artwork.  Voting ends promptly at 1:30. The winning artist is recognized by a photo of their art that will be published on the AAMC website.
